What does my order status mean?
You can view your entire order history and order status by clicking "My Account" and signing in. Performing a search for specific dates or order numbers will return a list of all applicable orders with statuses and tracking information. Paid
You've paid for your order and we're working on it right now! Non-personalized orders typically ship within 2 days. If your order is personalized and you’ve provided us with everything we need to get started, we'll contact you soon with a digital proof for you to review!
Declined
Sorry, but for some reason, your payment method was declined. Please place your order again with a different payment method or contact us to complete your order.
Back Ordered
There's an item on your order that is currently out of stock or not yet available. As soon as we get more in, we'll complete your order!
Failed
